North American Energy Group, LLC uses only licensed Electricians that are highly trained and skilled to install all of our Lighting fixtures and all retrofitting. This ensures that your lighting is up to code and will perform as intended.

Will they give you a 30 day Risk Free trial period?
We will install up to 3 lights in your facility at no charge to you. This will show you that our lights will out-perform your current lighting or any other competitor that dares to compare their lighting to ours!

What is their Product Warranty?
NAEG uses only the best ballasts available. GE UltraMax with 5 Year Warranty. The Miro4 Anodized Aluminum Reflector and frame carries a 25 Year Warranty. The lamps are from Phillips and have a 36,000 hour Lamp Life. Most of our competition uses inferior ballasts and lamps. Many do not even offer a reflector with their fixtures.

Does their quote cover all materials and installation?
Make certain that their quote covers all materials, labor and recycling of replaced lighting.

What is their light meter reading compared to ours?
Ask them to give you a reading in foot candles at the same ceiling height and compare it to our products. Watt for watt we will exceed the competition by 20-30%!

What kind of lamps do they use in their fixtures and what is their Rated Life?
We use only the best Phillips Alto Series T8 lamps with a 36,000 hour lamp life.

Will they provide you with a Photometric Report of their fixture?
We will provide you with a complete Photometric Report upon request. Many of our lower priced competition don't have one to show you.

What is the number of watts that their fixture consumes?
Ours uses 218-220 watts. Most of the competition will be at 225+ watts.

Have they prepared a complete and thorough Energy Analysis?
We will prepare a complete Energy Analysis that will be as accurate as possible if we can get a copy of your January and July Energy bill.

What is their ROI?
Ours will usually be under 2 years and sometimes less than 1 year when weekly hours of operation exceed 144.
